Frame Construction
Made with 100% slowly kiln-dried solid beech and birch wood, the frame is screwed, glued and dowelled with additional corner braces for maximum strength.
Seat Base & Back
This Chesterfield features a generously sprung seat and back, providing excellent support. Its abundance of springs, along with multiple foam layers and added padding, ensure no sagging and enhanced comfort. Each button is expertly hand-stitched into place using just the right amount of tension and depth to create soft and even padded diamond shapes, the hallmark of a quality handmade Chesterfield sofa.
Seat Cushion
Superior quality fibre wrapped around our unique composite of high-grade foams creates our unique comfort blend cushions. Each has a luxury high-density foam core wrapped in an outer foam jacket, encased in a specially developed fibre wrap. They offer the ideal combination of feather-like softness, resilience and stability ensuring enduring comfort. Tested and proven, we believe this is the ultimate blend of comfort and longevity.
Sofa Stands On
Handmade solid wood feet finished in slightly distressed Mahogany. The front feet are beehive style with traditional curved back legs – all removable if required.

Delivery Information
Delivery: 4-6 weeks
We do our utmost to ensure we keep to our quoted delivery times, but as all our furniture is handmade to order (each piece takes at least 40 hours to make), timescales may vary occasionally. For a precise production time, please just ask when you are placing your order. We will keep you updated regularly as your new chesterfield is being made.
How Much Is Delivery?
Delivery is FREE to most of the UK mainland. However, we will need to make a small delivery charge to certain locations due to their remoteness. To view these locations and for more information, see our delivery page.
Simple Returns
We are sure you will love your new chesterfield as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not 100% happy, just return it. It’s as simple as that. You have 28 days to make up your mind, no problem. Zero risk for you and we will refund you in full within 7-14 working days. All we ask is that your item is in the same condition as it was when we dropped it off.
Our Simple Guarantee
Handmade to order, each sofa is a one-off commission created in the traditional heartland of England's furniture-making region and is covered by our “Simple Guarantee". Should any structural or manufacturing fault occur within 15 years of delivery, we will replace or repair your item free of charge.

The real beauty of making furniture by hand is the ability to customise it. Every sofa can be made in any size with any finish of leather, fabric or even a combination of both. Colour Match
Please be aware that although every effort has been made to represent the true colour of our sofas and chairs, colours can display differently from screen to screen. Please expect there to be some shade variation on the item you receive. We advise ordering a free swatch before purchase if in any doubt.
