Upon receipt of an order through our website, it will not be left to a computer to fulfil, your order will be handled by a dedicated member of our team who will contact you personally to discuss your requirements and guide you through the process from order to delivery and beyond.

Try it in your home

We understand that buying an important item online can be a big decision, especially if you have not had the chance to try it out beforehand. That is why we want to put your mind at ease and let you know that you can always return your sofa if you find it’s not quite the right fit. We are confident you will love your new chesterfield as much as we do, but if for any reason you do not love it, you can always return it within 28 days, free of charge.

Our Guarantee

Purchasing a Simply Chesterfields sofa is completely risk-free and simple. We have established a tried and tested path that ensures quality is checked every step of the way. With only the best ingredients being used to make one of our chesterfields, we are proud to back it all up with our “Simple Guarantee". Should any structural or manufacturing fault occur within 15 years of delivery, we will replace or repair your item free of charge. Once your chesterfield has been rigorously checked and passes our Q standards, only then will it be signed off, ready for delivery to its new home. All guaranteeing you will be the proud owner of a quality, handmade chesterfield built to last a lifetime.

Above & Beyond

Aftercare

Our chesterfields are built to last a lifetime, but accidents do happen. If the dog chews up your lovely new sofa, it’s not a problem. We can collect it, make the repairs then return it with minimum fuss. We sometimes have a spare sofa we can lend you while we make your sofa better again. So just let us know if you have any mishaps and we will do our utmost to put things right.

We only charge the cost to us for any repairs plus a small fee for collection and delivery. Give us a call and we can discuss your requirements.

Swap Out Your Cushion Fillings
Your comfort and the cosiness of our sofas are always our number priority. We have gone to great lengths to achieve just the right blend to ensure our cushion fillings are just right. However, we understand not everyone has the same taste, so if you find you need a firmer or softer sit after a while, we offer an option to swap out your cushion filling.

Fancy Some New Legs?
We can even swap the legs over, so if you move your chesterfield to another room, or move house and the legs are just the wrong colour or just don’t look quite right, we can offer something more fitting. Maybe you just fancy revamping the look of your chesterfield slightly with some new legs, we can help with that too.
