Placing An Order
The Process
When you fall in love with one of our chesterfields and take the plunge and place your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. This will detail the item ordered and give you an estimated time frame for delivery. Please double-check that the colour, size and style are all correct and just what you want. We will then call you within a couple of working days to confirm your order and go over the details and answer any queries you may have. At this time, we will also ask a few questions about access in preparation for delivery, this will include a few measurements like door and hallway width. It may be worthwhile jotting down some measurements and keeping them handy.
If you have any concerns or doubts about access to your home, be sure to check out our Will It Fit page. You can always send us some photos or even do a walk-through video on your phone showing the route the sofa will need to travel so we can make a full assessment and advise you.
When everyone is happy and your order has been approved, your chesterfield will then be made. You will receive regular updates on progress and when it has cleared quality control, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
Delivery
On the prearranged day of delivery, our delivery team will let you know they are on the way via text or telephone call, approximately one hour before they arrive. Our two-man delivery team will make sure your new chesterfield is snuggled perfectly in the room of your choice. We normally remove the feet for delivery to avoid damage in transit and these will be fitted by our delivery team where required. Finally, you will need to carefully check your furniture and sign the delivery note when you are happy. We will leave the packaging with you just in case you need it.
Payment
Payment is taken in full when your order is placed. However, we do understand that making such an important purchase online can be a bit daunting and we are happy to offer the option to put a 50% deposit down and pay the balance on completion before delivery. If you would like to take advantage of our Deposit Plan, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange this for you. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer or cheque, please contact us before placing your order and we can arrange this for you.
Love It Or Leave It...
We have a comprehensive returns policy where you can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery or return it, for whatever reason, within 28 days from delivery. We will collect it free of charge and refund you in full within 7-14 working days. It is that simple.
