Simple Returns

Every chesterfield we create is exclusive and handmade just for you by our highly skilled craftsmen and each one has its own individual characteristics and charm. However, if you don’t love it, for whatever reason, we have a simple and easy way of dealing with any items you wish to return.

Love it or leave it...

On the day of delivery, if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your item, just return it, it’s as simple as that. No problem and no risk for you. We will refund you in full within 7-14 working days as soon as we get the item back.

Return Within 28 Days
If for any reason you wish to return your item once it has been delivered, let us know within 28 days and we will collect it completely free of charge. We will refund you in full within 7-14 working days as soon as we get the item back. 

All we ask is that the item coming back to us is in the same condition as it was when we delivered it and that there are no signs of use.

Taking Delivery

When you take delivery, it is important to examine your item for any signs of damage that may have been caused in transit. If you find anything, please make a note and if possible, take a photograph and report this to the delivery team or just call us.

Damage
If your item is seriously damaged, please do not accept it and let the delivery team know you do not wish to accept delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will take back the damaged item straightaway.

If the damage is only small, like a scuff or scratch, we can normally fix this by sending out a member of our upholstery team to make good in your home. As a result, you may wish to accept delivery for your convenience. Please remember, if you are not 100% happy with your item you can return it completely free of charge.

Return Within 28 Days
If for any reason you wish to return your item, please let us know by email within 28 days of delivery and we will collect it completely free of charge. When the item is back with us, we will refund your order in full within 7-14 working days. All we ask is that the item coming back to us is in the same condition as it was when we delivered it to you. Our chesterfields are very dear to us, so please, keep them safe. Don’t worry about the odd little mark, we can polish that out. If possible please keep the original wrapping in case you need to rewrap it for collection. 

28 Days Later
In the unlikely event you experience problems with your item beyond 28 days, please give us a call and let us know what the hitch is. More often than not, we are able to remedy any small issues such as swapping out cushions, touching up scuffed legs, or giving cleaning advice. If the issue is a bit more complex, we are here to help just give us a call.

We love our chesterfields and want them to be happy in their new homes and we will do our utmost to fix any problem and make them better. If your dog chews up the arm, not a problem, we can collect your chesterfield and repair it, for a small fee, but if you have an issue with the frame or any other major component that is not repairable and it’s our fault, we will simply make you a new one. That is our simple promise.
