As we all know the sofa is central to our homes, after all, it’s the thing we all make a beeline for after a long day and makes us sigh with pleasure as we sink into it. The place we sit and talk things through, joke, laugh and cry together on. Having been making chesterfields sofas for more years than we care to remember; we have seen and been central to the development of the chesterfield style sofa over the years. Not only developing the style and shapes with the contemporary home in mind, but also making them more user-friendly, infusing more and more comfort into them.

Back in the day, chesterfields were not known for their comfort, in fact they were a bit hard and unforgiving but with our knowhow and special blend of soft, squidgy foam cushioning and super soft padding all mixed with plenty of springs and support, we have consigned all that to the past. But one thing we have well and truly brought into the modern era is perhaps the most important part of a chesterfield, the seat cushions. As these will be in contact with a delicate area of the body, it is very important we get this just right. Hence, we have drawn on all our years of experience and knowledge to develop our signature blend of comfort cushioning. A unique composite of high-quality grades of foams, fibres, and feather fillings that has been tried and tested to create what we believe is the perfect blend of comfort and longevity.
