Worth The Wait
Every chesterfield we create is handmade just for you by our small team of craftsmen who put their heart and soul into every piece. Something you will see and feel every time you relax into your new Simply Chesterfields sofa. As you can imagine this takes a bit of time, anything from 4 to 12 weeks depending on the style and finish, believe us, it will certainly be worth the wait.

The Process
When you fall in love with one of our chesterfields and take the plunge and place the order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. 

We will then call you within a couple of working days to confirm your order and go over the details and address any queries you may have. At this time, we will also ask a few questions about access in preparation for delivery, this will include a few measurements so have a tape measure handy.

If you have any concerns or doubts about access to your home, you can always send us some photos or even do a walk-through video on your phone showing the route the sofa will travel.

When everyone is happy, your chesterfield will then be made. You will receive regular updates on progress and when it has cleared quality control, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Delivery
Once your new chesterfield is ready, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. This will normally be around 7 to 14 working days from when the sofa has been rubber stamped, ready for dispatch.

On the prearranged day of delivery, our delivery team will let you know they are on the way via text or telephone call, approximately one hour before they arrive. Our two-man delivery team will make sure your new chesterfield is snuggled perfectly in the room of your choice.

We normally remove the feet for delivery to avoid damage in transit and these will be fitted by our delivery team where required. Finally, please check your furniture and sign the delivery note.

How Much is Delivery?

Delivery is FREE to most of the UK mainland with a few exceptions which are:
Isle of Wight, BT, EX39, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA2, KA7, KA8, KW, PA, PH, PL, PO11, PO3, TR, TQ and ZE postcode areas.

If you live in one of these areas, please contact us for more details before placing your order. Occasionally there may be an overlap with a customer who lives in your area or nearby, in this case, we will always try to combine deliveries and only charge for one delivery between you, saving some of the cost or even being able to offer free delivery. So, if a friend or neighbour needs a new sofa, well you know the rest.

Keeping It Free
To enable us to offer Free Delivery to all our customers, we meticulously plan our routes to minimise the miles travelled (we all must do our bit for the environment), so your delivery will be scheduled with other deliveries in your area. Although we cover large areas in a day and our teams are out every day covering the whole country, we do ask you to be a little bit accommodating and work with us when it comes to arranging the date of delivery. This means we are unable to give you a precise date until closer to the time of dispatch. We are always as flexible as possible, but if you require a specific day for delivery outside of the dates we can offer, a surcharge of £90 may be applicable.

Our Lovely Isles and Beyond
If you would like delivery to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands or even shipping to a far-off land, we can deliver to a nominated mainland address e.g., a port or onward shipping company. Please contact us before placing your order as delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery location.

Please bear in mind weekend deliveries are extremely popular and are very often fully booked well in advance.

Love it or Leave It...

We are sure you will love your new chesterfield as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your item, just return it, it’s as simple as that. You have 28 days to make up your mind, no problem, no risk for you and we will refund you in full within 7-14 working days. All we ask is that your item is in the same condition as it was when we dropped it off.
