Cushion Filling Swap
Your comfort and the cosiness of our sofas are always our number one priority. We have gone to great lengths to achieve just the right blend to ensure our cushion fillings are just right. However, we understand not everyone has the same taste, so if you find you need a firmer or softer sit after a while, we offer an option to swap out your cushion filling.

New Legs
We can even swap the legs over, so if you move your chesterfield to another room, or move house and the legs are the wrong colour or just don’t look quite right, we can offer something more fitting. Maybe you just fancy revamping the look of your chesterfield slightly with some new legs, we can help with that too. There is a small charge to cover the cost of some of our aftercare services, give us a call and we can discuss your requirements.

As with anything that is loved and cherished, your new Simply Chesterfields sofa loves to be pampered and looked after. After all, you have invested in a quality chesterfield that will last a lifetime. To help maintain your sofa's good looks, it is always best to adopt a suitable beauty regime, much like your own skin, be gentle. Some leathers can be high maintenance, but our specially developed leathers are easy and simple to look after.

Tips For Cleaning & Care
Regularly go over your sofa with a soft cloth to brush off any dirt or dust that might have settled on the surface. You can use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to get into all the nooks and crannies.

Every now and again use a damp cloth that is not overly wet to wipe it down. For any dirty bits, gently rub using a circular motion until it comes clean, then dry immediately with a soft cloth. If necessary, you can add a little soapy water providing no detergents are used. Take care not to soak your sofa as leather does not like to get too wet. Avoid using all-purpose wipes and spray cleaners or furniture polish as they can contain chemicals that can damage the leather and never use saddle soap. For any awkward stains, a wide range of quality leather cleaners can be found, be sure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions. To help keep the leather soft and supple, about once a month you can condition your chesterfield using a specialised conditioner which will give it a new lease of life and help prevent it from drying out and cracking. 

If possible, avoid sitting your sofa in direct sunlight as over time it will fade, and keeping it away from direct heat sources like fires and radiators, will prevent the leather from drying out and cracking. Avoid sharp objects such as belts, buckles, studs and zips scratching the surface of the leather, so best to keep any Rockers and Punks away.
